Never do business with them. Horrible customer service and there advertising is a lye. Purchase tires 12/25 but it was before that and every time you make payment they'll call you on Monday for more money that isn't even do yet. They also send messages that say if you can't make a payment we will come repo after making a payment on Friday then Monday the messages don't stop. Doing business with this company was a huge mistake. I should have read the reviews firstly.

I bought tires from there and for 120 days I made every payment on time, As scheduled, so at the end of the 120 days it was paid off. 9 days later I see they took a payment and I realize somehow $7 was not paid. I called them and they tell me I now owe over $200 because of $7 that was not paid in 120 days.. @129 days!! The person in accounting was not helpful, but the store manager was very accommodating And made everything great again! Thanks for actually listening To your Customer’s reviews And getting things taken care of quickly!

I had a great experience with RNR Tire Express Mishawaka. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They helped me find the right wheels and tires for my vehicle without any pressure, and everything was explained clearly. The installation was fast, and the quality of the work was excellent. My Truck looks and drives so much better now. I really appreciate the customer service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend RNR Tire Express to anyone looking for reliable service and quality wheels and tires!
